Participants may enrol in individual courses or embark on a complete development and certification program within any one of our specialty streams of study. On our certification programs, all participants follow a carefully designed development program with courses in business skills, HR technical expertise and personal effectiveness.

Our Business Partnership specialty stream was developed specifically for mid to senior HR professionals who wish to develop levels of business savvy and personal effectiveness that are on par with any other leader, moving seamlessly from being a people person to a true people leader.

The suggested order of courses varies based on individual development needs. The Academy's Learning Coordinators will work directly with each participant to develop a customized course schedule. There is no time limit for certification; however the majority of participants complete the certification program in 12 to 18 months.
