Participants may enrol in individual courses or embark on a complete development and certification program within any one of our specialty streams of study. On our certification programs, all participants follow a carefully designed development program with courses in business skills, HR technical expertise and personal effectiveness.

Certificate in Compensation

The suggested order of courses varies based on individual development needs. The Academy's Learning Coordinators will work directly with each participant to develop a customized course schedule. There is no time limit for certification; however the majority of participants complete the certification program in 12 to 18 months.
